Headquaters Report different than client.

Hi I have 4 stores. I am running a sales report on the Headquarters between 2 dates. In One of the stores if I run the same report it is completely different. The other 3 stores match perfect.

The headquarters is telling me I sold €10,000 between the certain dates and sold 226 items.

The Client store report is telling me I sold €7,000 and 146 items.

I am presuming the headquarters is correct and somebody must have deleted sales from the client or is this even possible.

Is there any way of me finding out what is going on?

Got it sorted, Cant believe it was that simple. There was an inactive cashier :)

Anyone? I cant figure this out at all. If it was the headquarters that had less I would say it must have missed a 401 upload? But the client has less in the Detailed Sales Report even though I can see the sales in the Tender Report.

I ran a tender summary report on the client PC and this matches with the Headquarters Detailed sales report for given dates?
