Printing issue with Great Plains

Hello everyone, I have a client that is currently running Great Plains 7.5 and when one user tries to print checks from one company the font comes out small, but when she does it in other companies, the font comes out ok. I have also logged in with a different user in the same company and the font comes out fine. Is there possibly a setting that I can change for this and if not can anyone offer any solutions?

You might need to check the following:

You need to check the customization maintenance window in both companies, different companies have different customization. (Tools > Customize > Customization Maintenance)

Go to Alternate modified form/ reports and check the report that is checked for the selected series.

Would the same user have the same problem on different workstation ? If so, check the Report.dic file
