All our Build cloud hosted machines are in incomplete state, is there any issue on LCS?

Check the VM status in your Azure subscription. What do you see? Is you Azure subscription still enabled or have you perhaps run out of credits / credit card expired?

Thanks a lot Nikolaos, true subscription was disabled.

I'm intrigued by your statement "all our build cloud hosted machines". Do you have multiple build VMs? If so, what is the purpose?

    Hi Joris,

that's because we have Build machine for each of our customers where we build there deployable package and we use the build env as development as well, we dont have local development machines, so we use build as dev and Build.

    Regards,

    Hmm, that sounds dangerous.

Build servers should be used for build only, never for development. Otherwise you might get surprises in your deployable package.

If you have only one dev system per customer, why not use it just for development, and handle the build with a hosted agent in ADO?

Or, why don't you build the customer code in your customer's build system? All you need to do is to add your code to their source control.

Anyway that's another story and you can post a new question if you want to. But your current setup will certainly cause issues and unpleasant surprises.

    Thank you Nikolaos,

may you please advise about how to handle the build with a hosted agent in ADO.

    Thank you,

    Hi Mohammad,

as I mentioned, if you have new questions about these topics, don't hesitate to post a new separate question.

Before that, try to use web search, you should find plenty of information.

    Take a look here: docs.microsoft.com/.../hosted-build-automation

And this very elaborate MVP blog: ariste.info/.../

As Nikolaos said, feel free to start a new topic with any questions around this.
