I'm looking for a 3rd party solution which allows for a minimum amount for certain quantities and price breaks for the amount over the minimum. The product needs to work with Integration Manager as the invoices will be brought in and needs the minimum and price breaks applied.

Have you ever considered to build a script around the qty field in integration manager for your specific integration?, this seems a relatively easy to do if only you are changing quantities, or a more complicated if you have different breaks per item.
