I followed the guide from MS on how to activate the custom domain/e-mail and the new e-mail address can now be selected in the project. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-voice/customize-sender-email
But when the custom sender e-mail is chosen for the invite, no e-mail is sent out. If I switch back to the default sender it works fine again.
In both cases the invites are marked as "Sent" and I can't find any difference on the actual customer voice invite.
I haven't found any way of checking the status of the actual e-mails since, if I understand it correctly, it's sent by a MS service.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
