When I click on the dynamics app in outlook, it doesn't give me the option to track or give me any info on that contact...
please can someone help!!

What is the version of your D365 and D365 App for Outlook?
Please provide a screenshot of your D365 App for Outlook.
In my environment, the Track button is displayed normally.
So please provide more information.
