Facing following error while upgrading Dynamics 365 On Premises V9.0 to V9.1:
Failed to install package msdynce_LeadManagementAnchor on attempt 1.Failed to install msdynce_LeadManagementAnchorException: Microsoft.Crm.PackageDeployment.PackageDeployerException: Package msdynce_LeadManagementAnchor failed to install on attempt 0.
Did you check the event viewer for any other error? Did you restart your servers before trying the deployment?
If all else fails, open a ticket with MS as this is a new package and they can help you
Yes restart done but still same issue. No further details found in event viewer
