NAV 2015: Job Queue doesn't start automatically if the Tenant is used

Hi,

I am using NAV 2015 with tenant architecture. Recently, I created another NAV Service Instance for serving the NAS. After configuring the Job Queue, although I restarted the service, the Job Queue doesn't start automatically when the NAS starts.

Any idea?

Hi Mahesh, how did you resolved this issue since I have the same problem with you? Could you share with me? I got event ID 216 and 222 on event viewer.

The event says:-

The Microsoft Dynamics NAV Application Server session for tenant 'XX' has permanently failed and will not be restarted. Reason: Type: Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Types.Exceptions.NavCSideDataException

..........

..........

......

Message: The Company "xxxxxx" doesn't exist.

Hi,

Make sure when you set Start Automatically From NAS, You also select the -

"Start on This NAS Computer" and

"Start on This NAS Instance"

It seems ok. Can you check Event Viewer on the server for errors related to NAV Service?

Is the NAS correctly configured? Please post a screenshot of the NAS configuration and also check the Event Log.
