You cannot unapply Cust. Ledger Entry No. 5637915 because the entry is part of a reversal.
Does anyone know how to fix the error above in BC.
Related to a prpayment invoice, I'm trying to post the prepayment credit note and delete the SO. But the system does not allow it to be credited as the payment has been reversed using BC automated function"reverse transaction."
This happens because Reverse Transaction creates reversal-linked entries, and BC doesn’t allow you to manually unapply one of those customer ledger entries afterward. So the normal “unapply → credit prepayment invoice → delete SO” path is blocked now. Practically, I’d first check the customer ledger entries / detailed customer ledger entries and confirm whether the reversed payment and prepayment invoice are already open or closed; if the prepayment invoice is still open, create/post the prepayment credit memo and apply it to the open prepayment invoice. If the prepayment invoice is stuck because it was applied/reversed in that reversal chain, don’t try to break the application manually; use a correcting customer journal/credit memo path to clear the remaining balance, or ask your partner/Microsoft support to review the specific ledger chain, because BC intentionally protects reversal entries from being unapplied.
