Customize Job Application Questions

Hello,

We are just getting started with Using Dynamics 365 for Talent. Currently, applicants are only asked to upload their Resume or to fill out basic information. How can we customize the application so that they need to fill out specific questions. For example, "Why do you want to work here?" Or, "What is your philosophy of education?"

Note that only HR has a license for Talent. I'm in IT so I can't get in and look at it. A blog post with pictures explaining this would be great. A video would be even better!

    Hello Harsh,

    Is this on a published roadmap that you can link to? Any estimated time frame?

    Also, Is there a way that I could include these questions as a part of an additional or custom activity within the hiring process?

    We've been using Microsoft Flow for other business processes. Could Flow help for collecting these questions from applicants?

    Hello Kyle, as Harsh replied below, unfortunately, no, this feature is not available. However, we found a workaround and used Microsoft Forms which we embedded into the application process. Potentially it would work for you too.

    Hey Kyle, I agree with the alternate that Maria proposed here. With Forms or using a Flow, the only shortcoming is that these questions and assessments are not part of the application form but as part of a post-application process.
