Sales Order Agent Error

Hi while activating the sales order agent my client has the following error.

    @OussamaSabbouh This error was at very initial stage, when you just click configure > Select user from the list > hit submit and you hit the error.

    Hello,
     
    The Sales Order Agent is trying to create its internal user, but a user with the same name already exists in your BC tenant.
     
    Go to Users.
    Look for anything named like:
    Sales Order Agent
    SALESORDERAGENT
    Or whatever name you assigned to the agent
    Delete it (or unblock it if it's blocked).
    Re-activate the agent.
    If still failing → change the Agent Name in the setup so BC generates a different internal user ID.

    Hi, I can't tell from the small screenshot where you were in BC and what were the steps leading up to the error. Can you please provide a full-sized screenshot and a description of steps leading up to the error.
