Dear Friends,
I want to setup Fanpage in Facebook integrate with Call Centers (Dynamics 365 for Retails). The business flow:
1/ I create FanPage on my Facebook.
2/ I will post fashion (footwear, shirt, etc) and prices.
3/ The customer see and comments, and choose fashion model and input information (item, quantity, promotion code, schedule ship date). Finally, the customer press "confirm" button.
4/ The Dynamics 365 will get this information, and create the sale orders in the Call Centers.
Question:
1/ Can Dynamics 365 support it?. How?.
