Hi everybody, we're using GP2018 version 18.00.0400 and I want to know if we can install the KB4486392 to upgrade direct to 18.00.0704? or we should install first 0438 then 0496 an so?

Upgrading from 18.00.0400 to 18.00.0704 is fine, as all service packs and hotfixes are inclusive, meaning they include in them everything that was put into the patches/releases before them, meaning you don't have to go from .400 build to .438 build, etc. through to .0704.
It's more a concern when you're making a major version change, such as GP 2016 to GP 2018, then you'll want to refer to the upgrading hot topics to check the upgrade paths to make sure they're valid.

In support of Richards comment I can not recall a specific message stating not to do so.
Good news is that in general Service Packs most often contain the combined Packs before it.
Be sure to follow the most important part, make sure you have a full backup before doing anything else. PS the full backup is not just the database but would be wise to include Client folder ( as copy ), Report and Form dictionaries - I like to use DISK Space, always have always will..

I do not remember if I ever made that particular jump but if there is nothing in the release notes saying you can't you most likely can. Just make sure you perform backups first.
