    Hi Blue,

    I set the users as suggested. Also the error was because in Services.msc, there is a  wrong "log on as" for SQL Server Analysis services. I changed it to bc proxy user id.

    So now the report is getting generated with page header and page footer with out  data.

    Any idea why this is happening? and how to get the report data generated ?

    Thanks,

    Lakshmi

    Hi Lakshmi,

    If you changed the default configuration?

    If not, you can refer the following step:
    Step 1:
    Go to C:\User,Select your Service Account goto -->App data Folder Check the Access Permission you have. You should be an Administrator
    Step 2:
    Check your reporting Services Using Report Server Manager URL and Goto Site Settings Add two user
    a) Built-in\Administrator
    b) Domain\Service Account
    Both should have privilege As (Browser and Content Manager)
    Step 3:
    Goto --> Folder Settings
    Add The Service account and check Privilege also
    Step 4:
    Goto --> services.msc
    1.Restart AOS
    2.ReStart SQL server Reporting Service Instance
    Now Also if the Issue Resides goto
    Step 4:
    goto Dynamics Ax Client configuration and Check the PORT numbers (TCP/IP) and Generate a .AXC Configuration File
    and Save it
    Step 5:
    Copy the File and goto the Reporting Server instance folder inside program files

    Best Regards,

    Blue Wang
