Error while trying to connect from outlook to the dynamics CRM.

Hello Guys,

I am sharing the screenshot of the error while i am trying to connect from Outlook to Crm.

    Hi Vishwarath,

    The second error can occur for one of the following reasons:

    1. An issue is cached by your web browser.
    2. Your Dynamics 365 security role is missing one or more required privileges.
    3. The Dynamics 365 App for Outlook does not receive a response when requesting a page from the Dynamics 365 server.
    Resolution 1: Clear your web browser cache.
    If you are using Outlook Desktop, Outlook uses Internet Explorer to display the web pages. For information about how to clear the Internet Explorer history and cache, see View and delete your browsing history in Internet Explorer.  If this error appears to be resolved after clearing your web browser cache but eventually returns, see this article for a potential solution.
    Resolution 2: Verify your Dynamics 365 security role includes all of the required privileges documented in this article.
    Resolution 3: Check to see if your Dynamics 365 (online) organisation is not available or something is blocking communication with Dynamics 365 (online). Verify you can access your Dynamics 365 organisation via your web browser. If you cannot access your Dynamics 365 organisation via your web browser, the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook will not be able to access your organisation either. If you are unable to access your Dynamics 365 organization with your web browser, contact your Dynamics 365 administrator.

    Hi Vishwarath,

    The first error will appear if your mailbox record in Dynamics 365 is deactivated.

    To resolve the issue:

    1. Access your Dynamics 365 organisation as a user with the System Administrator role.
    2. Navigate to Settings, Email Configuration, and then click Mailboxes.
    3. Locate the mailbox for the user encountering this error. You may need to switch the view to Inactive Mailboxes.
    4. Open the mailbox record and view the Status value at the very bottom of the form. If it appears as Inactive, click the Activate button.
    5. After the mailbox is activated, click the Test & Enable Mailbox button and wait for the tests to complete.

    You may need to refresh the form to see the results. If any of the tests are not successful, view the Alerts section within the mailbox record.
