Thank you for using Dynamics Communities! I assume you are looking at Dynamics 365 for Human Resources. There currently is no payroll module inside D365 for Human Resources. We do have a third party integration. Here is an article in regards to the setup of this integration:

The payroll provider should have the reports you are after.
