Word Document fields poulate through background Workflow

The Word Document gets populated manually by selecting the appropriate template. However, it returns the template with field names when made a part of Action inside the Background process Workflow.

    Thanks for Replying Scott. The issue had something to do with the process ownership. It got resolved.

    Yes I did not write it properly as I was totally frustrated at that moment.
