Hi Brad, here is some Microsoft documentation to explain the functionality. Looks to be coming into General Availability in July 2021.

This is functionality that I will use, looking forward to this becoming available.
Looking for this functionality as well. Has this been released for GA? Appreciate if it can be confirmed. I am looking in particular how I can pre-fill long survey that is being set out so that Recipient does not have to fill answers if they are not different from what is pre-filled for them.
