Hello community,
Need help with connecting to test database. In LCS test environment page requested for the database access and received the login details. When im trying to connect through development sql sever its not getting connected. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

make sure you have enabled access to the IP address of your source environment. refer the below link for more details.
