I have BPF record with 5 stages. when I resolved a case BPF record is set to aborted. After BPF aborted last active stage showing wrong duration on stage after stage name in ( ). Can anyone know from where this duration count is setting because it is OOB functionality. We need right count on this. Don't know why it is showing from created on date to current date days on active stage after aborted BPF. Screen picture of record is attached.

Hi,
The Case is closed (resolved) however due to the stage is not go to the finish stage, it remain as Active and continue update to current time.
It is by designed so you need to move the BPF to last stage before you close the case.
Or I think this is a great idea to improve the user experience
