How long is the process to get the subscription to use the software?

Hello,

I live in Canada and at the end of the year I decided to change software so I tried a few and end up wanting Dynamics for business, I've started the process with the lady on the chat on the 22 of December and she told me an agent would be in touch with me in like 3-5 business day, I contacted them a few time and then I end up getting in touch with a different company on the 8 of January asking me for information and all. I provided all the info and they kept telling me all week that I'll be able to use the software soon. Now they tell me they got into technical difficulties and they'll be back on Monday. what's the average wait for getting the subscription? Should I wait or get a different program? I really like how Dynamics works but I can't use it right now. I just didn't quite know that you had to start the procedure a month in advance.
