Managment reporter is not working D365 FFO on-premise

Hello Guys, 

We have D365 FFO on premise environment 

Application release
10.0.14 (10.0.605.20013)
Platform release
Update38 (7.0.5778.41503)
It is deployed and everything looks good but when I'm trying to create a new report or edit an existing one in the financial reports it show the following I can't connect to management reporter:

In the SANDBOX it's working fine I can connect but in PROD I can't.
Any Help would be appreciated
