Payment reconciliation Journals

When trying to post the payments in the payment reconciliation journal, I get an error message 

 

"Open must have a value in Cust. Ledger Entry: Entry No.=1966904. It cannot be zero or empty"

    I hope JB might be Using BC/Nav, because D-365F&O tables are mentioned as Custrans

    Check the Customer Ledger Entries by entry No 1966904, check if open field is blank and make sure update the open field option accordingly, take developer help on the same and it is system field.

    It's for the vendors and not customers, but I assume the solution might be the same. Let's see if OP gets back to us.
