Set resource capacity is missing/not working

Hi there,

I defined a work template for my resources and want to set capacity for selected resources for the next two years. However, in the "edit resource capacity settings page", there is no button to commit the change. See screenshot attached. The only thing that you can do is to leave the page without actually setting the capacity.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

    according to docs.microsoft.com/.../projects-how-setup-resources

    it should be there, but isn't. maybe availble with the fall release.
