on PC and browser I can open

however on phone browser I can't open the page is says
The specified username or password is incorrect, or you do not have a valid user account in Microsoft Dynamics NAV else on the app am having server connection timeout occured.

You have to setup a valid ssl certificate for using on Phone cilent.
