I'm working on a gp addin using Visual Studio Tools for .net (GP2010). I'm trying to add some menu items to the "Additional" menu of the main GP form. I cannot locate the GP Form and associated command name for this menu.
How do i add menu items to this using Menus For Visual Studio Tools that was written for GP 2010?

The Additional menu is added using the AddMenuHandler() command against a form rather than using Menus for Visual Studio Tools which integrations with the application level menus.
