"This A/B test is already being used in another customer journey." error when trying to go live

Hi,

I created an outbound customer journey with couple of A/B tests in it. When I tried to go live i got the "This A/B test is already being used in another customer journey." error. None of the tests are used in other journeys (those emails are in this journey only). I've disabled all the A/B tests in the journey but still got the error message. What can I do to launch the journey?

Hi Jandys,

I'd suggest not to waste time on fixing this error. Instead, copy this journey as a template and use it to create a new journey.

Let me know if that works.
