Properties set are not saved in Real time Workflows

Hello,

I created a real time workflow for autonumber generation for a custom entity. While adding a step of 'Update Record', I have set properties for the entity and saved it. When I reopen the 'Set Properties' for the entity the values set earlier are not there anymore. I have tried to recreate the workflow and no luck. Is there something I have missed.
