Blocked at the first step

Hi we are keen to try out the Dynamics 365 Guides however I'm having issues getting started. It seems I have made a previous Microsoft account using my company email - at least according to previous emails I can see in my inbox.

However this doesn't seem to be being recognised and doesn't exist according to MS. It seems that I need to add this account to a company onmicrosoft account too, if I'm understanding things correctly. Therefore the other thing that's blocking me is that my company domain names (@mycompany.onmicrosoft.com) don't seem to be available. No one present at our company seems to know anything about an onmicrosoft account however, and it seems strange that at our specific domain isn't available. It would be good if MS could take a look but I can't see a way to contact them other than here...

Thanks.

    Hi there,

Thank you for trying out Guides, and sorry for the inconvenience and confusion around not being able to install/deploy it.

Trying Guides requires you to signup for a free trial, and assign the associated licenses to all of the users that license. This will result in email addresses that look like ____@company.onmicrosoft.com. The page below provides detailed instructions on how to get licenses and get setup with the apps on PC and HoloLens.

Have you or someone from your organization gone through these steps to set things up? Was there a point at which you got blocked?

My team or our customer service team would be happy to help out. Thanks again!

As an addendum to Mahesh's comment, the instructions are telling you to just create a random tenant.  Pick anything.   It requires CDS and some other things, too, so it's cleaner to just add it to a dummy tenant while you're trying it out.
