I have a user that has created a new profile on their computer. They aren't able to log into NAV on the new profile, but they are able to log in on the old profile. What can I do to fix this?

Sure!! Your problem es that you are executing "fin.exe" instead "finsql.exe". Try to setup a new shortcut for "finsql.exe". That will solve your issue :-)
Can you send a screenshot i did not understand your last point.
The only difference between profiles is that one is a domain account and one is a local computer account. The one with the local computer account is the one that works. Also, on the one that doesn't work, the server type is set to NAV and on the other one its SQL. Is there a way that I can change this? It's currently greyed out.
If you are using windows authentication you need to add that user into NAV.
