I got an error 'Unable to execute S:\Applications\XL90200.exe' after printing a payble check. Usually it asks if you want to save or delete a batch but this time it generated an error. Then I went back to my check screen and the batch was not closed and I can't use the check. Can someone help please?
1. Can you have someone check the SL folder to see if XL90200.exe still exists? We've had problems with custom screens deleting themselves - we've been lucky with backups.
2. After checking for that problem, sometimes you can close a stuck batch by using the "Release AP Batches" process in the Accounts Payable Module (screen 03.400.00)
