Service Activity resource could not be set with Workflow

Hi

I want to create a workflow that run on Entity Accounts and create a Service Activity and set resource of service to user who run workflow, but as you see in picture process is empty!

Any idea?

    Second Approach could be...

    1. Step: Create Service Activity

    2. Step: Assign new Service Activity to the process owner via Assign to action.
