Email Sending Workflow - CRM Online

Hey!

We have ran through the issue of not  sending mails from a workflow which actually sends mails to the team. 

I have checked the process session it was mentioned like "Index was outside the bounds of array" Any suggestions what I have to check to resolve this issue?

    Hello Kishor,

    What version of CRM Online are you working with? And are you using an email router?

    Email router is being deprecated: technet.microsoft.com/.../dn265924.aspx

    You will want to set up Server-side Sync and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook:

    Yes they are having valid emauil Id

    Hi Kishor,

    Please check the Recipients in "To" and "CC", it may be Account/contact/User.  And please check that records that whether they have proper email Id or not.
