How to add a user to a CRM deployment administrator security group in CRM 2013 onprem

    Hey Lakshmi.

    This is documented on docs.microsoft.com/.../add-a-new-deployment-administrator.  Meaning that you should have on the Deployment Manager console an option to add users to the Deployment Administrators.
