Hi I have added one button on General Ribbon as per screen :
when i am direct open that module and click on that button that time it will work correctly, but after i will go on another entity like open account record ,after i press browser back button till my module & press on that button that time it will not work.

Probably the scripts are not loaded completely.
Have you checked on the dependency of other library/script files?
