Hi,
We are upgrading from CRM 2011 to 2016 v8.2
Currently our users have multiple mail merge templates they often use.
Mail merge options have been removed in dynamics.
Is there an easy and painless way to convert to mail templates to document templates?

I think you have to convert it manually. I cant't find any tools for this.
