Problems with Bank Syncing (Yodlee) not pulling in bank debits correctly

For some reason, all the transactions I am pulling into the payment reconciliation journal are ALL positive, even the bank debits.  Anyone else have this issue?

A client posted all his transactions then noticed all the debits were wrong.

Please help!
