Problems converting a REQ to a PO in Requisition Management

Posted on by 50

I have a client that uses Liaision Messenger and also Req Mgmt. They have liaison messenger installed to email their  Pos to the right department – that works slick – They also have a product that looks for an update to the POP10100 and pushes the PO info to our WMS system – again – slick

Problem is that when they convert a REQ to a PO something is screaming through the entire POP10100 table and updating something so that the GP trigger zDT_POP10100U goes through and updates ALL of the records dex_row_ts with the UTC date (so 5 hours from now for me).  CONSEQUENTLY the WMS system is seeing updates to all Pos every few hours (or any time we convert even one req to a PO)… THOUSANDS of records – even though nothing actually is updated… needless to say this is not the desired affect.  Is there a way to check to see if either LM or some other thing in GP is doing an update of all records inadvertatly  --- ?
