We are using the desktop version of Dynamics Nav Business Central.
We have enabled purchase order archives so that we can refer back to old purchase orders if need be. The issue is some of our purchase orders we add comments with other details, and some details are also pulled from the production order. As soon as the purchase order is archived, the comments and data disappear. It's very important for us to have this functionality. The purchase order report was a customization. Should it not just save a physical copy of that PO once archived? What can we do (aside from having to pay for customization), so that we can see the purchase order with all comments and details once it's archived?
