System Crashed entering a cash receipt

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I was entering a check receipt/ accounts receivable in a batch when I was booted out of GP. I when I logged back on, I checked the batch transaction, the one I was working on when I was kicked out of GP is not there, when I reenter the client and check, the invoices do not show up to be paid, I ran an aging, the are showing outstanding, when I due an inquiry, they show up? I tried looking under apply sales doc, also not there?

What are the SQL tables to update the apply information.....what is the link to the KB on the steps to take

Thanks!
