I am trying to send email from workflow when the lead is assigned. This works fine but when i add the Task, phone call, appointments, notes etc activities to the Lead, the workflow retriggers again and sends email. I am just using the out of the box functionality.
Yes, as mentioned by Lu Hao, would be great if we can understand the workflow logic, triggers and so on.
