workflow status values and invoice status values

please put aside that i am working with BC workflow rather than power automate.

I am looking to know the values of status that a workflow can have.

Open

Approved

Cancelled

Is there past due?

Are there any others?

If the workflow is for invoice approval.  What status can the invoice have?

Open

Pending Approval

Released (an odd name for approved?)

Any others?

    The different status a sales order or invoice can have is Open, Released, Pending Approval and Pending Prepayment.

    Status field has one other value but it is not related to workflow. A workflow can become past due - it remains open. That is visible on the approval entry record - separate table.
