In Summary Historical Aged Trial Balance report some customers are not appearing . But in Aged Trial Balance with options it does. Could you help me for the solution.

Hi all.... I found what was causing the problem.
It was Customer phone which was giving problem.
Phone no. column in cards need to either left zeros or tel numbers. I instead update by saving " - " where there was no use of phone numbers. so this caused me problem in appearing their details in history summary report. phone numbers starting cannot be any symbol. It need to be numerical even though it accepts sysmbol.

What date are specifying on the Historical Summary Aged Trial Balance? Did these customers have an open balance on that date?

But it didn't help me though. I tried all possiblities which I can. I unchecked all the restrictions and printed out. But its giving me same results. The customers I was looking for is still not appearing on the history report.
Hi Nawaz,
Please check the Exclude option in "Receivables Train Balance Report Option window" before printing "Summary Historical Aged Trial Balance Report". Unmark all options and then verify the report.
