How Make Select More(MuliSelect Once) Rows in Item Tracking Entries (Subform) to Item Tracking Line (MainForm)

Excuse me because my English is not strong.

I would like help from an experienced person on this point specifically, as I want to choose more than one lot No or HElp.JPG and the information (two rows together) is transferred from the subform ( Item Tracking Entries) to the cells in the main form (Item Tracking Line)

Can the picture explain more what I want to do.
