Quick Search "Contains" search text

I understand I can search for the fields that "Contain" my search text by adding *before the search word in my Quick Search box. But this is not convenient to the CRM Users, Is there a way to adjust the search settings to look for the text that "contains" the word instead of "begins with" ?

Is there any work around to do this in the CRM ?

Thank you for your answer, but as mentioned this way is not convenient to the CRM users.

This quick find search in CRM is deliberately created for the wildcard or start with operation.

Hi SB,
