Hi All,

Currently on the case form the Product name is displayed.

I would also like to display the product ID also, so when you choose a Product name the Product ID will auto fill based on what ever Product you have choosen.

For example, suppose I have a product called "Red Car" and its "Product ID" is RD100, both these fields are on the Product form.

When I choose the Product "Red Card" I need the "Product ID" to auto fill with RD100.

Can this be achieved without using code?

Hi Paddy,

if you want to achieve without code using business rules then you have to create another lookup for product number I mean entity for product number. That means you have two lookup in your form and you can implement dependent lookup.
