INTERACTION TEMPLATE

Hello :)
 
I need some help. I'm testing the CRM, and I've reached the Interaction Template.
Does anyone know how and in what way this is precisely used?
I've tried a few examples, but without success.

    In Business Central, interactions are all types of communications between your company and your contacts.
    For example, communications can be email, letter, telephone, meetings, and so on.
     
    Refer to this URL may help you more Managing Interactions with your Contacts

    And based on what you highlighted, if you flag that interactions then you will flag to say the contact details used in this interaction will  be used for statistic purpose related to campaign you created in the Business Central.
