How can I block access to Mobile and Tablets for CRM online.
Our security policy dont allow accessing content from external devices.
As of now, we are planning to enable CRM Online and if the security measure on restriction of external devices works fine.
Then in fiuture, will migrate Exchange and Sharepoint from Onprem to O365.
Any pointer will be of great help.
You will have to update your security roles that you assign to users to ensure that users cannot use mobile devices. Under the Business Management Tab, go to the Privacy Related Privileges section. Clear the CRM for Mobile and CRM for Phone express radio buttons.
Make sure users do not have permissions in Security roles for
a) CRM for Phones
b) Use CRM for Tablets.
under Privacy Related Privileges on Business Management Tab of Role form.
