What do you do when a Word Template for a Sales Order Processing Blank Invoice prints blank (no pun intended)?

Hi John,
Does it print fine if you print to the report writer version of the report? If so then I would look in template maintenance to see what template is assigned, and see if there is an issue with the template that is assigned, or if there is not a default assigned. I hope that helps.
