Is there any training available for installing Dynamics 365 sales?

How do I get my users to see the app? Currently, I have this; is it normal for it to download like this?



Steps completed
  • They assigned me the Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise Edition license.

  • We created an environment in Power Platform.

  • This was reflected in Power Apps.

    Can you tell us what Dynamics 365 application this question is related to? There are several different solutions in the Dynamics 365 family, like: Sales, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Project Operations, and Customer Insights.

    Please also explain from where you created the screenshot. As it is non-English, I'm not able to understand what exactly you shared. Is it a list with Power Apps? If so, from where did you install them?

    Users can only see the Sales app if:
    • They have the right license
    • They are assigned the correct security role
    • That role is explicitly enabled in the app
